In this demonstration, I provide some impressions of Interview Scheduling in SAP SuccessFactors without having it integrated with Outlook. Even without Outlook, it is still a nice feature that you can use. With it, Managers can put some available time in the calendar and Recruiters who organize interviews can see the time slots and can plan interviews accordingly.
